5 Important Facts That Modern Science Has Established
- Our genetic makeup is programmed to express health. It is the toxicities and/or deficiencies that affect our gene expression that leads to sickness NOT faulty genetics.
- Our genes do NOT differ from our tribal, hunter-gatherer, pre-agricultural, pre-industrial ancestors. Our genes have not changed for tens of thousands of years.
- Our ancestors, and surviving cultures that model our ancestors lifestyles, did NOT die from the diseases of lifestyle like heart disease, hypertension, cancer, diabetes and stroke or suffer from the degenerative or autoimmune diseases like arthritis, lupus, M.S., chronic fatigue, low fertility, depression etc. like modern humans do.
- The only difference between our healthy ancestors and our sick society is our toxic and deficient lifestyle choices and environmental exposures. Our genes are the same!
- Modern illness is due to environmental NOT genetic factors. Modern illnesses are AVOIDABLE!! Modern health is ATTAINABLE!!
